R-01The role
Intcel designers ship real work. You will work in the same codebase as the engineers, describe how things behave rather than just how they look, and run research that answers a decision already on the calendar.
What you will own
- Own the design of a client product area from start to finish
- Build and maintain design systems in code, with the team
- Run usability sessions with the client's real users
- Keep every screen at the WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standard
What we need from you
- 4+ years designing complex, data-heavy product screens
- Comfortable working with components and reading front-end code
- A portfolio that explains your decisions, not just the final result
- Confidence presenting work to senior people who will question it
Useful, not required
- Experience writing front-end code
- Design tokens and multi-brand theming
- Experience with regulated or medical products
