Intcel LLC (“Intcel”, “we”) decides how personal data is used on intcel.com and in our business relationships. We are a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, at 30 N Gould St #66582, Sheridan, WY 82801, US. During a client project, any client data we handle inside client systems belongs to the client, and we only process it on their instructions.

We only collect what a professional services relationship needs.

• Details you send us on purpose: your name, work email, company, role, and whatever you write in an enquiry or a call request.
• Job application data, including your answers and any files you attach.
• Anonymous usage statistics that show how pages on this site perform.
• Technical data we need to serve the site safely, including your IP address in short-lived server logs.

• To answer your enquiry or arrange a call. This is necessary to take the steps you asked for before any contract.
• To deliver a contract with your company, including delivery reports and invoices.
• To review a job application. This is our legitimate interest in hiring, plus your consent if you ask us to keep your details on file.
• To keep the site secure and understand overall performance. This is our legitimate interest, balanced against collecting as little data as possible.

• Enquiries that do not become projects: 24 months, then deleted.
• Project records: seven years, to meet US tax and contract record-keeping requirements.
• Unsuccessful job applications: 12 months, or longer only if you ask us to keep them.
• Server logs: 30 days.

We use a small number of suppliers, and each one signs a written data-processing agreement: cloud hosting, email, a recruitment system, and privacy-friendly analytics. Our systems are hosted in the United States. Where we handle personal data belonging to people in the EU, the UK or Switzerland, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid transfer mechanism.

Whoever and wherever you are, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or receive a copy of it. You can also object when we rely on legitimate interest. Write to contact@intcel.com and we will reply within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.
